Our Portobello Sandwich is a pretty great alternative! A grilled portobello cap layered with smoked cheddar, crunchy red cabbage slaw, mixed greens, and roasted garlic aioli, all on a soft potato roll. 🍄

Our Rock & Rye Wh***ey is getting bottled TODAY, and she'll be back on the shelves TOMORROW! 🥃🍊

So, what exactly is Rock & Rye?

It's a classic American wh***ey tradition that combines rye wh***ey with fruits, spices, and a touch of sweetness. Our take starts with our very own Woodcock Rye Wh***ey, infused with oranges, lemons, pineapple, horehound, honey, cloves, and cinnamon sticks.

The result is a beautiful balance of bright citrus, rye spice, and warming sweetness, making it a favorite for sipping through fall and winter.

Released every October, this seasonal Barrel 21 spirit is almost ready for its annual return!

Campfire vibes, cocktail edition. 🔥🥃

Our Campfire Old Fashioned brings a little s'mores magic to a bourbon classic. Made with our B21 White-Tail Bourbon, homemade graham cracker syrup, aromatic bitters, and chocolate bitters, then finished with a chocolate-graham cracker rim and toasted marshmallows. All the nostalgia of sitting around a campfire, with a grown-up twist.

Even sweeter? It's $3 off during Happy Hour, Monday–Friday from 4–5:30pm! And if your drinking buddy isn't much of a bourbon fan, Monday happens to be $7 Mule Monday, so they've got a pretty good option, too. 😉

Vegetarian friends...did you know that our Barrel Caesar Salad is made with our very own housemade Caesar dressing that's completely anchovy-free? That's right! All that creamy, garlicky Caesar goodness, without the fish!

And trust us, the dressing is SO good. 😍 We make it from scratch, and it's one of those things that really makes this salad something special.

So whether you're a longtime Caesar salad lover or a vegetarian who's used to skipping it on the menu, we've got a little something for everyone. Just ask us to leave off the bacon!

We've had a sweet little something NEW in the works for a while, and we're finally ready to share it... Introducing the Mini Rum Pecan Bundt Cake! 🥮✨

Made from scratch by Dolce Vita Desserts, these little cakes are packed with toasted pecans and soaked in a rich, buttery syrup made with our very own Barrel 21 Spiced Rum! The rum brings its warm, spiced character to every bite, making these cakes incredibly tender and full of flavor.

And because a little extra indulgence never hurt anyone, each cake is served with homemade Caribbean dulce de leche — a rich, creamy, caramel-like sauce made with sweetened milk.

We've been working on this one for a while, and we can't wait for you to try it! 🤎

Sometimes you just need something as simple as a wh***ey highball. 🥃✨ Good thing they're just $8 all night tonight at Barrel!

Fun fact: While mixing spirits with carbonated water was nothing new, it wasn't until the 1890s that the term "highball" started catching on. Traditionally made with wh***ey and soda water, the drink eventually welcomed other mixers like ginger ale and ginger b**r into the mix!

And while cocktails have gotten a whole lot more complicated since then, there's something to be said for keeping things simple. 😉
