We had 2 new customers today. He said he wanted to eat spicy beef salad with garlic. He chose a less busy time, between 2- 4 pm. or let me think of a menu item you've never tried before but that's delicious. If you want to order something off the menu and want it prepared with more care. I recommend you come during off-peak hours. But if you don't know what to eat... I recommend you try the dumplings and Pad Thai. Everyone agrees that these two dishes are delicious. I hope you enjoyed my food.Thank you love you everybody

There are students at Blue ridge College today. She ordered chicken fried rice with added salmon. Her friend ordered Korean grilled chicken with kimchi. They both said it was delicious. I hope you all enjoy your meal as much as they do today.

Today, James is both a customer and like family to me. He likes chicken wings and chicken romaine. I know he's been trying his best to help me with the gas and rising costs. But I'm not raising the price of food. I am grateful to the many people who have been eating at my restaurant from the beginning and throughout the year. Dear I'm going to show you how to reheat leftover Asian food. That you kept in the refrigerator. If your food is not more than 3 days old. Heat it for 1.30 seconds, then flip it over and heat the other side for another 1.30 seconds. But try to use a fork to separate it into smaller pieces. How to prevent food from drying out. You should mist it with a little water. But if the food is sweet.You should add a little more water. But what if you forget about that food for more than 3 days? You should reheat the food for 4-5 minutes. It will help kill bacteria. But if there's a large quantity of food, like what's from a party..You should also increase the time. Because there are so many of them. But if you want to store it for another 1-2 weeks, it's best to freeze it. Use a microwave to defrost. And simply reheating will make the food taste like new again.Many people say my chicken wings are delicious. But you'll have to wait a while. Because I fry them fresh, order by order. Two days ago, someone came to eat here and said to me: My Thai food is tastier than in three cities around here, all the way to Harrisonburg. They ate panang curry and Khao Yum G*i Sabb. I couldn't stop smiling when I heard that. Thank you to everyone who helped keep the restaurant afloat during this period when so Many restaurants are looking to sell their businesses.

About 4-5 days ago, a returning customer who ate at my restaurant... He asked me for Mongolian fried rice. I remember working at restaurants in Arlington. That restaurant sells both Thai and Mongolian food. He said he trusts me. Thank you for your trust. If you want to eat something that's not on the menu, tell me. If anyone asks me a question via message, please note that I will reply after 11:00 PM. I always have appetizers prepared for you. Because I work alone. Because my restaurant is just a small business. Doing business here is not easy at all. Both wages and costs have increased. Thank you for your support.

I am deeply grateful and thankful to all of you for not forgetting me. And I apologize if the food is a little slow to arrive. I haven't been posting lately because I've been busy making appetizers and building up my stock. When I went to Thailand, I was worried that everyone would disappear. Thank you very much for still being here. And you're trying to spread the word so my restaurant can stay open. Sometimes I might not smile at some people. I'm afraid I won't be able to finish the work on time. But you know I love you guys, right? I didn't have time to write, I only just had time now.

I'm back, but I need to prepare some things for sale, like dumplings, which require several steps. Chicken satay needs to be marinated thoroughly before being skewered.many sauces require time to simmer. I make most of them myself. I'm therefore ready to open on the 20th. And I have something from Thailand to give you. I'll keep giving away freebies until they're all gone. You are like my friends and family. I'm sharing pictures of the atmosphere from my trip. Songkran has just passed in Thailand. In the past, children would pour water on the hands of Buddha statue and adults. As a sign of respect. After that, the children will play by splashing water at each other. It is a long-standing cultural tradition. But times have changed. There might be music, lights, and sound.@
