What an amazing day of learning from the team at ! and put on an great class alongside their talented team. Truly one of if not the best BBQ spots I have been to and it’s the little details and effort they put into everything that makes their food so good. Highly recommend making a trip to Montgomery, TX and getting a platter of their great BBQ or taking a class!
