Welp, we had a special opening for today but old man winter apparently had different plans. We’re going to shut it down, did a quick recon drive down the roads and despite being raised in Northern Michigan, it’s still super dicey. Thank you road commission!

WE ARE HIRING (duh everyone is), but want to give you a little perspective on us. Chef John has been shaking pans his whole life. Did the work, went to the Culinary Institute in NYC, worked for James Beard award winners all over the country, and circled back to keep working hard but play hard too here in Northern Michigan.

If you want to make good money, work for someone who can teach you a hell of a lot, and also respect a balance with your free time, then let’s go.

Definition of WORK: activity involving mental or physical effort done in order to achieve a purpose or result.

Chef John knows how to do this better than anyone…well unless you want to try and outshine him of course.

Definition of FREE TIME: the time when you don’t have other obligations and can use it for activities you enjoy, relax, or pursue hobbies (we’re really good at that too!)

Road construction has begun! Luckily, traffic is still moving and everything seems to be chipping right along. As a thank you to the crew out there getting it done, we’re extending a special to them until the road is complete. Must be working on the road to receive special pricing. 🚜🚧❤️
