In house GF hard cider braised corned beef, sliced in house. The roast beef for the Philly is also seasoned, roasted, and sliced in house. Then there's the Hickory Pulled Pork, another in house creation. Chicken is roasted chopped and seasoned right here, not precooked frozen chicken. I'm just a guy who likes to play with his food and make it fun as well as tasty. You never know what you'll find toasted within the confines of a tortilla.

I don't spend much time anymore on the Muddaddy Flats page. Mostly for the memories; of which there are so many. I still struggle letting go of Muddaddy Flats. Part of me will forever be Muddaddy. Today was the Victorian Stroll, so Melissa and I set out as Mr & Mrs Klaus to have some fun. So many smiles and pictures. Our part of adding a little more joy to the season because we can.
Here we stopped to visit our friends at Helderberg Meadworks - Troy Meadhall .
As I get more pictures, I will share them. Next year we're going to want a Grinch to wander around with us. Making smiles and sharing holiday joy is so much fun.
