A message from the owner:

And just like that our first week is a wrap.

The amount of support from the public has been more than any of us could have dreamed of, overnight our volume increased tenfold. Our staff went through trial by fire, everyone was asked to do more than should be expected and they all delivered. I personally worked 16 and even 20 hour days to get the job done. Most importantly, it was all WORTH IT thanks to you Tulsa ❤️

The number of people who said  “We’ll definitely be back” “This is the best food we’ve had in a while” “This is exactly what we’ve been looking for” has been overwhelming and so validating. It was scary moving downtown but you have welcomed us with open arms and hearts and I truly believe we will be successful here 😊

Lastly I would like to address the equally supportive and constructive criticism we’ve received. We know wait times have gotten out of control a couple of times, we are working very hard to address that. We want to be a fast casual restaurant that you can count on for your lunch break and we want to be transparent about where we are at with that.

Some days our longest wait time was 20 minutes, one day it was an hour which is unacceptable. Moving forward we will be taking pauses to catch up on orders so that people get the best service possible. If we turn you away or make you wait to order, please know that we are doing it to preserve quality of service. We anticipate this being a short term solution until we our staff is fully up to speed.

We truly can’t believe the support the community has shown us. This is only the beginning, we cannot wait to see where this crazy wild dream takes us ❤️
