We were having issues with our tablet yesterday. We had to reset it a few times. Hopefully today it won’t be so temperamental 😫…we’re open from noon till 7pm.

We want to wish everyone a safe and relaxing holiday weekend. We will be closed this Tuesday to extend ours an extra day.

We will reopen on Wednesday the 27th at 11am.

We decided to use our braised beef ends for our beef barbecue. We think it made for a better sandwich. We sold out today of our Beef BBq…did you get one ?
Also our barbecue sauce is a family recipe, we hope you enjoyed it.

One of the reasons we fry only in pure rendered beef fat aka beef tallow. Our beef tallow contains no chemicals whatsoever. We stand behind this choice and wish other establishments would follow suit. You can have great tasting food but if it’s fried in crap oil, what’s the point ?
