Back by popular demand... and we're not surprised.

Our Scallops Rockefeller are back on the chalkboard this week.

Perfectly pan-seared scallops served over sautéed baby spinach with applewood smoked bacon and finished with shredded Parmesan. It's a simple combination of fresh ingredients that has become one of our most requested specials.

One of this week’s special has a story behind it.

We recently featured this Flank Steak at one of our wine dinners, and it was such a hit that Alvin couldn’t let it go. He’s brought it back to the specials board so more of you can enjoy it.

Grilled & marinated flank steak with sautéed mixed mushrooms, peppercorn cream sauce, and house-cut fries.

The sauce is to die for. Looking forward to seeing all of our guests this afternoon!

There are some appetizers that never seem to stay on the specials board for long.

Our Shrimp Ajillo is one of them.

Plump shrimp are gently cooked in olive oil with sliced garlic and chili flakes, then served with warm, crusty bread to soak up every bit of the sauce. It's simple, full of flavor, and one of those dishes our guests ask to see again and again.

It's back as a special this week. We hope you'll stop in and enjoy it while it's here.

Chef Alvin takes the time because he believes every guest deserves the freshest product we can serve. It's one of those behind-the-scenes details most people never see, but it's part of the care that goes into every meal that leaves our kitchen.

Good food starts long before it reaches your table.

If you've never had tiramisu, this is the one to try.

Tiramisu is a classic Italian dessert made with delicate ladyfingers, espresso, creamy mascarpone cheese, and a dusting of cocoa. It's rich without being heavy and the perfect way to end a great meal.

Chef Alvin makes ours in-house with the same care he puts into everything that comes out of our kitchen, and it's featured on the specials board this week.
