Today is the day! Seven years ago today Jason and January purchased Holy Cannoli in Downtown Waterville Maine. An up and coming revitalization was just beginning. Older buildings in disrepair were coming down. New structures were being built. We had yet to see the new hotel. We watched the Schupf Art Center be built. Our Main Street was excavated 10 feet deep to replace 100 year old infrastructure. Somehow we saw the light. Felt the positive vibes. And a chance to turn an already established bakery and deli into something more powerful. More friendly & inviting. More community minded. We did just that!
We are so excited to continue that path today, tomorrow & into the future. Going from 1,200 sq ft to 3,200 sq ft. From a staff of five to a wonderful team of fifteen! This community and our customers have made us so proud. We serve approximately 3,000 customers/week. Produce almost 50 cheesecakes/week. Sell 1,000's of cookies/week and more. We produce some dessert items for a couple local Main Street restaurants. We love a good collaboration! This community rocks and gets better all the time!

Good morning & Happy Halloween 🎃 Berry bars are being cut now. Cheescakes are beautiful 😍 We are stocked up on baked goods & savory dishes. Come see us today! Next week we celebrate 7 years since Jason & January bought Holy Cannoli 🎉. We have a week of specials planned for you all AND we are incorporating a community service project into our anniversary (typical Jason & January style). We are having a raffle to benefit Operation HOPE in Waterville! Enter to win these custom co****le boards (bean bags included) we had made for the Operation HOPE co****le tournament. Soups today: Cheeseburger Chowder (GF) is back!!! Also, Roasted Red Pepper tortellini, and a hearty Tomato Basil (GF). We also have lots of GF coconut macaroons and GF chocolate chip cookies. Raspberry muffins and a myriad of cool cheesecakes! Sometimes we impress ourselves with this selection 🫠 See ya when you get here peeps!

So proud of our Downtown Waterville tonight! Another successful 3rd annual Nightmare on Main Street . Great costumes, community coming together, and so much more! Thanks to our family of businesses and others from outside Main Street who showed up in full force to celebrate Halloween and community 💛. A special shout out to our fearless (literally) leader January. Both in and out of the business she shows up and makes a difference for us all! And to The Ciry City of Waterville, Maine and Waterville Creates, Waterville Fire Dept & Waterville PD for their generous contributions. And to ALL the sponsors who helped cover expenses, you make us complete & successful❤️. We look forward to next year.. To all our Main Street friends, get involved, inquire,, and, help us make it happen. It takes a community 💪 Come be part of it.
