⚡🔥 THE POWER IS ON AND WE'RE OPEN! 🔥⚡

Sorry about all the smoke. 🔥

If you've looked outside today, you may have noticed there's a lot of smoke hanging over West Dundee and the surrounding areas.

We're pretty sure it's because we've been cooking everything from scratch after yesterday's power outage. 😅🍳

After losing all of our food, our kitchen has been working around the clock making fresh batches of all your favorites...

🍖 Homemade Meatloaf for our famous Meatloaf Stacker
🍗 Fresh, never-frozen Jumbo Chicken Wings
🥣 Homemade soups
🥩 Fresh hand-formed Angus burger patties
🥔 Fresh-cut fries..and everything else that makes Bamboozels, well... Bamboozels.

Because everything is made fresh, a few menu items may still be temporarily unavailable while we finish rebuilding our inventory, but we're adding more homemade favorites back every hour.

Thank you for sticking with us through the outage. The support, kind words, and encouragement from everyone have been incredible, and we truly appreciate it. ❤️

We can't wait to welcome everyone back!

🍽️ A quick kitchen update:
The outage forced us to discard all of our food to make sure everything we serve is safe and fresh. Since we make so much of our menu from scratch, we're rebuilding our inventory one batch at a time. Some menu items may still be unavailable, but every hour we're bringing more homemade favorites back.

🚨 THE QUARTERFINALS HAVE BEGUN! 🚨

The competition just reached a whole new level!

Thanks to your incredible support, Diana won **1st Place in her group** and is now competing in the **Favorite Chef Quarterfinals** against some of the best chefs from across the country. 👩‍🍳❤️

The field has been reshuffled, and Diana is currently in **7th place**. This round is going to be the toughest yet, and she'll need all of our support to keep this amazing journey alive.
