WOW. What a day!
Thank you to all of our Kansas Grown, ICT, Andover, and beyond customers for showing up and supporting us at TWO shows today! From our longtime pork rind lovers to all the new faces we met today — we appreciate every bag, gallon, conversation, and share.
Running two locations in one day is no small task, and the support you all continue to show Southwind Rinds means everything to us. Wichita and the surrounding communities always show OUT.
Now it’s time for us to rest up, reload, and get ready to do it all again soon. Thank you for supporting local and keeping the crunch going!

This will be the very first Kansas Grown market in Andover and we’re excited to be part of opening day. We’ll have your favorite fresh pork rind flavors ready early, including the big bags that have been moving fast lately.

If you’re in Wichita, come see us at our regular spot. If you’re closer to Andover, come help support the first market and grab some fresh crunch for the weekend.

ORDER UPDATE FROM SOUTHWIND RINDS

As we continue growing and cooking more fresh product each week, we wanted to give everyone an update on ordering turnaround times.

Orders placed before 12PM have an estimated 24-hour turnaround time. We cook in small batches to keep the crunch fresh, and we truly appreciate everyone’s patience and support as demand continues to grow.

If we are attending a show, farmers market, or event when your order comes in, please know we still strive to get to your order as quickly as possible. If we need to contact you on delivery time changes we will reach out personally.

For shipping orders placed over the weekend, some packages may not ship until the following Monday due to postal office closures.

Thank you for continuing to support our family business and fresh handmade crunch. If you have questions, concerns, or issues please contact us so we can address them.

Southwind Rinds is officially setup and ready to go at the Kansas Grown Farmers Market on 21st & Ridge until 12PM today!
The pork rinds are fresh, the racks are stocked, and the gallons are already moving fast — if you want one, make us one of your first stops because they’re always the first to go.
If you haven’t made it out to the farmers market yet this season, today’s the perfect day to change that. Come see us and grab your favorite flavors before they’re gone!

Tomorrow morning you can find us at the Kansas Grown Farmers Market at 21st & Ridge in Lot #77. Just look for the flag in the air and follow the smell of fresh pork rinds.

A quick reminder — we are cooking more and more gallons every market because you all keep showing up strong. Last market we had one of our regular customers stop by right at 7AM and grab 10 bags before most people even finished their first cup of coffee.

If you’ve been thinking about stopping by, come early. The popular flavors move fast and fresh always goes first.

We want to give a huge thank you to Kansas Grown Inc. for allowing us to be part of such an amazing vendor community. It’s been incredible meeting so many loyal customers, fellow vendors, and new faces each weekend. We are truly grateful to be part of something that supports local businesses and brings the community together.

If you haven’t made it down to the farmers market yet, make some time one Saturday morning and experience it for yourself. From fresh produce and handmade goods to local food vendors and friendly faces, there’s something special about the atmosphere every weekend.

The pork we source from our supplier is free of added steroids and antibiotics, because we believe better ingredients lead to a better product. From preparation to the final crunch, we focus on keeping things simple, honest, and full of flavor.

Every batch is cooked with care in our commercial kitchen under Kansas Department of Agriculture standards and procedures. Small batch. Fresh crunch. Real flavor.
