Three years today. There is so much to be grateful for.
We’re taking a moment to reflect on everything that has brought us here. What started as a vision has grown into something so much bigger than a restaurant.
Lottē has become a place for connection, creativity, hard work, collaboration, shared experiences, and a whole lot of menu changes.

To our guests, thank you for choosing to spend your time with us, for supporting what we do, and for continuing to show up.
To our team, thank you for the passion, dedication, long hours, and heart you bring through the doors every day.

Here’s to three years of memories, lessons, growth, and incredible food — and many more to come.

On Wednesday, November 4th, we'll welcome Sean Minor himself for a special w**e dinner featuring thoughtfully paired w**es alongside a multi-course menu created by our culinary team.

Last night was a wonderful night with KRHA

Congratulations to our chef/owner Josh for winning Mentor of The Year.
This recognition is well-deserved. It reflects the time, effort and commitment he puts into mentoring others and encouraging them to succeed. So proud. 👏🏻👏🏻

Time flies! We are celebrating our 3 year anniversary at Lottē with some very talented folks.
6 courses with w**e & cocktail pairings.
$150 (+ gratuity) per person.

A friendly reminder, this dinner will be *community seating* at the large tables.
We will double check with every reservation to inform the party of community seating as well.

Reservations are open and we encourage you to book asap.

Lottē has teamed up with Zero Foodprint to raise glasses (and funds!) for healthy soil. From August 24th-30th, drink makers nationwide will serve their creative twist on a dirty drink. All “dirty” drinks include a $1 contribution to Zero Foodprint’s Restore Grants. 100% of funds raised through campaign activities are directed to farmers for compost, cover crop planting, and projects that turn dirt into healthy soil.

We will have “Late Summer Serenity” created by our bar manager Lauren Reynolds ( Lauren Justine ) as our drink special this week.
