💙 A LITTLE UPDATE FROM CREED NUTRITION 💙

Sometimes being a mom comes before everything else! ❤️

Unfortunately, Creed will be closed today because Avery isn’t feeling well and needs some extra love and care from his mama. 🥰

Everyone is okay! We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and support. 💕

Thank you for being part of our Creed family! We’ll see you soon! 🥤💙

You’ve got me here until noon, and then the OG herself, Coach Terri, will be taking over and holding down Creed until close!

Don’t forget, it’s Wednesday, which means buy one drink and get your second with savings!

Well, we survived Halloween weekend! 😂🎃

Now it’s time to recover from all the candy we “borrowed” from our kids.

The sugar binge was fun while it lasted, but it’s time to get back to PROTEIN over sugar!

And because we know that sweet tooth isn’t going anywhere overnight…

TODAY ONLY at Creed Nutrition!

When you grab TWO servings of our protein bites, you’ll SAVE on EACH one! 🙌

All the sweet tooth satisfaction with a little more protein and a lot less candy guilt!

Who’s ready to trade in the Reese’s wrappers for some protein bites?! 👀

Okay but can we talk about how COOL it is that we can literally personalize our vitamins to what OUR bodies need?!

Because here's the thing… we are all DIFFERENT. Different lifestyles, different habits, different nutritional needs… so why are we all taking the same vitamins?!

That's one of the things I love about Bioniq!

Instead of just grabbing a random multivitamin off the shelf and hoping for the best, you can actually have a micronutrient formula personalized to YOU!

We're talking vitamins and minerals designed around your individual needs!

And NO, it's not some magic fix for everything. But giving your body the nutrients it needs is a pretty important piece of the wellness puzzle!

I've been using mine for months now, and I just think more people need to know that this is even an OPTION!

Because your health isn't one size fits all, and your nutrition doesn't have to be either.

If you've ever wondered whether you're actually getting the nutrients your body needs, let's chat! I'd love to tell you more about it!

Just a girl trying to run a business, keep her life together, and probably drinking way too much of her own inventory.

Some days I feel like I know exactly what I’m doing… other days I’m just showing up, & figuring it out as I go.

But one thing I do know is how much I love what we’re building at Creed Nutrition. 🥹

It’s the people, the conversations, the laughs, the friendships, and all the little moments in between that make even the craziest days worth it.

Running a business is definitely not always sunshine and rainbows, but I wouldn’t trade this little community we’re building for anything. 💙

So here’s your reminder that you don’t have to have it all figured out. Just keep showing up, keep growing, and maybe grab yourself a tea along the way. 😂🥤

Love you guys, and thank you for being part of this crazy little adventure! 🫶💙

Who’s stopping by for Crazy Combo Day today?

When starting the week feels HEAVY, but you remember you’re in charge of your mindset.

Not every Monday is going to feel motivating. Sometimes you’ve gotta CREATE the energy you wish you woke up with!

So we’re dancing our way into a new week, choosing positivity, and telling all the stress, negativity, and responsibilities trying to ruin our vibe…

🎶 LEAVE ME ALONEEEEE 😂✋

Happy Monday, y’all! Life might be lifing, but so are WE!

Come see us at Creed for good energy, & great sips! It’s Mega Monday 💜
