Truck Location for weekend - today we open till 8.30pm at Crimea - ($12 lunch special until 2pm today at Crimea )

GOAT CURRY -

Also last night - we have cooked up a 15kg whole goat with ghee n mustard oil ( no veg or canola oil)
Slow cooked for 8 hrs .
Now it’s ready -

Serving from today until sold out -

$26 per serve with rice .
$26 goat biriyani

Mild to medium spicy - I can make it spicy on request -

Made with white and sweet potato, loaded with bone marrow sauce cooked with ghee, shredded mozzarella, and your choice of one topping:

Aged BBQ brisket
Ghee-cooked lamb ribs
Grilled BBQ chicken
Creamy beef curry
Chicken curry
Japanese veg pancake & corn fritters
Beef cheeseburger

Then we finish it with BNC mayo, coal-smoked BBQ sauce, and our 7-cheese sauce.

For curry toppings, sauces are not added unless requested.

Topped with fried shallots, medium-hot mango chips, and 2 mac n cheese bites.

Big, rich, messy, proper loaded.

If we don’t say anything tht means every week free meals are given - if we stop it - we will tell.
