WAFFLES ARE IN THE HOUSE.

for this week we are trying them 2 ways.

Savoury - Southern fried chicken, crispy bacon and maple syrup

SWEET - crispy fried banana, lashings of caramel sauce and ice cream or cream.

The staff kindly ate these this morning just so we could get a photo to share with you. Its a tough job but someone gotta do it.

10hr slow roasted pulled pork in a toasted croissant with wilted spinach, poached eggs, and topped with chipotle ranch.

PASTA ARRIBIATTA
al dente pene tossed in an housemade "angry tomato" chilli and garlic tomato sauce with bacon and red onion finished with grated parmesan.

These two are not to be missed.

S%$t never goes to plan.

2026 the year of the horse. The year of new things. New outdoor tables was at the top of the list until a cake fridge an ice machine and a milk fridge all died. So tables got put to the back of the list.

Well the new tables are in and I dont care if its raining. They look fab.

Stacey you can rest easy. Outside will once again be a lawsuit free zone. 🤣

This week i am in charge of our special and its pretty bloody special if I do say so myself 🤣🤣👌

CREAMY BAKED BEANS
Sauted leeks, cannaleni beans, spinach, lashings of fresh herbs, cream and grated parmesan served with a side of turkish bread toasted.

Team reckons its amazing but im not sure if they are just saying that cause the boss made it 🤔 😉

Make sure you give me a shout as you walking past the kitchen. Ill be in there all week 🙌🙌
