Kerriann had 10 years in hospitality. Steve had never made a coffee before in his life. 🤣

So naturally we opened a cafe together.

But a cafe wasn't enough.

We weren't satisfied just serving coffee. We wanted to understand it. Roast it. Perfect it.

So we took another leap. Invested in a Giesen roaster and Steve taught himself everything from scratch. Origin trips. Roasting competitions. Hundreds of hours dialling in profiles. All while raising a family.

Because we believe exceptional coffee shouldn't be a luxury. It should be your everyday ritual.
