Standing proud on the corner of Beaufort Street since 1898, The Brisbane Hotel isn’t just a pub; it’s a piece of Perth history, with more than a century of stories soaked into its walls.

Now, after 128 years, it’s time for a well-deserved facelift!

Our facade restoration is officially underway, and you may have spotted the scaffolding going up!
But don’t worry, it’s business as usual inside. The pints are cold, the parmys are hot, and the doors are open 7 days a week – just like always!

As we’ve carefully peeled back the layers, we’re discovering hidden details, original features and little slices of history that have been tucked away for decades. Every layer tells a story, and we’re bringing them all back to life.

We’re on a mission to restore The Brissy to its former glory, keeping all the things you already love intact, so we can continue serving the community for generations to come.

Here’s a sneak peek at what’s ahead when the restoration is complete and what we’ve uncovered along the way so far!
