Smoked carrot lox, cucumber, red onion, cream cheese rolled in all dressed bagel seasoning, toasted bagel croutons on a bed of mixed lettuce topped with a lemon, dill vinaigrette.

Gemelli pasta smothered in a slowly simmered sauce made of tomatoes, garlic, basil from my garden, hot chilies from my garden and topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. It’s a little bit of an angry tomato sauce so for those of you who like some spice, you’ll love this one!

Roasted carrots served on creamy whipped goat cheese, topped with zesty chimichurri and toasted walnuts! Perfect as is or with warm pita breads or a side of grilled chicken! You’re going to love it!
