A couple of updates to our handhelds on the menu today!

The feature grilled cheese is house-smoked pork loin, Montreal pickles, and cheddar cheese on house-made beer bread. 🥪

We also have a bison burger topped with beer-braised mushrooms and brie cheese. 🍔

We have been using 100% beef tallow in our fryer for about 2.5 years now here at The Bent Elbow.

It's an all-natural cooking fat with a high smoke point, which makes it perfect for frying. It provides great flavour without breaking down like seed oils tend to do at high temperatures. This ensures proper crispness with lower oil absorbtion. The result? Perfect, golden fries, crispy chicken wings without seed oils. Delicious! 😋

We have our house-made porkstrami dog on a bun, topped with sauerkraut and swiss cheese. 🌭
