While on maternity leave with her twins, Australian-born Bianca Coldrey conceived the idea of a retail location for her catering company, Take Another Bite, in January 2012. Drawing on an extensive hospitality, catering and retail food background, Bianca is creating a unique environment for her clients to enjoy a breakfast and lunch in the café, take home a gourmet dinner to share with family, or
partake in spectacular catered events in their home, office or event space. The success of Take Another Bite is attributed to Bianca’s commitment and consistency to create and source the absolute best products available for
her customers. Producing dozens of trial recipes before allowing the best one to be available, whether poaching their own chicken for salads, blending their own sauces or baking daily from scratch, the majority of products are made in-house. A tireless and passionate person, Bianca is extremely active in her adopted community of Ottawa. Bianca was the co-founder and co-chairperson of the successful Hole-In-One for Cancer golf tournament, volunteered with the Girl Guides of Canada for over five years and is now the mom to a very active
four year old, and two year old twins. Take Another Bite is located in the charming village of Manotick. They service
all of Ottawa, and beyond, with their stunning catered events and
Dinners Delivered. She really is a passionate person creating beautiful food.
