Chester Community Toy Library Chester Community Toy Library is open to all children under 5 in the Chester area.

We have a wide range of toys to play with and borrow.We welcome parents, carer's, grandparents and childminders.No charges are made for joining or borrowing. Stay and Play Thursdays 10-11.30 £1.50 inc.snack juice,craft tea/coffee
