DESTILADOS DE AGAVE
Something special has found its way onto our backbar. Two rare, limited-release agave spirits from Spheric Spirits, an independent, nomadic bottler with a taste for exceptional distillates. Both from San Juan del Río, Oaxaca, Mexico, and are made from two different varieties of wild agave.
(black) Tepextate (57.8%) comes from a slow-growing agave that can take over 20 years to mature. Expect a vibrant, herbal character with notes of fruit and a clean finish.
(red) Tobalá (59.5%) is more complex and smoky, with roasted herbs, citrus and a long, slightly salty finish.
Not your everyday spirits, so we advise to only order them as an experienced agave spirit drinker.
Available exclusively as a tasting duo of both the red and black bottle.
