New addition to our wine list; Tohu ONE Whenua Awa Single Vineyard Pinot Noir, 2023, Marlborough
ONE means earth or soil. Elegant and finely structured, this Pinot Noir offers bright bramble, dried herbs and earthy notes, with dark berry, red plum and subtle smoky oak on the palate. Silky tannins carry the wine to a long, lingering finish. Perfect match with our pig cheeks.
