Tonight, we raise a glass to Jonathan “Spanky” Billick. 💙 Join us from 7p-10p at Botica and Chico Cantina as we celebrate the life of a friend who brought joy, laughter, and unforgettable energy to everyone he met. In honor of Jonathan, 100% of net profits from the evening will go directly to a savings fund for his son, Beckham.

Join us on Monday, June 1st from 7p-10p at Botica and Chico Cantina as we celebrate the life of Jonathan Billick, lovingly known by many as “Spanky.” After a courageous twelve-year battle with metastatic melanoma, Jonathan passed away peacefully on May 7th, leaving behind a community that loved him deeply and his greatest joy, his 5-month-old son, Beckham. In honor of every beautiful memory we’ve shared with Jonathan, 100% of net profits will go directly toward a savings fund for his son, Beckham.

Chef Mimmo and Jonathan worked alongside of each other for 15 years and Chef Mimmo can attest that Jonathan had a gift for making everyone feel welcome. Whether behind the bar, sharing stories with friends, or serving up his beloved “Original Spanky” cocktail, he brought laughter, warmth, and unforgettable energy everywhere he went. We hope you’ll join us as we honor Jonathan’s life, celebrate his legacy, and help build a bright future for Beckham.
