This week our newest chef has brought to you his asian inspired Prime Rib Stir Fry Dinner. Hot and tender slices of prime rib beef with a sweet and savory sauce. Stir fried with onions, and pineapple chunks. Then finished with chopped walnuts and avocado. And at $16.99, it is definitely worth it to give it a try. So come one, come all to The Countryside Diner and have a wonderful evening of culinary enjoyment.

Lemon zest panko breaded chicken in a salad with cucumbers, walnuts, tomatoes and parmesan cheese
Least weeks special went so well, we are doing it again!!!
Pretzel Pub Smashburger. 2 patties grilled topped with crispy bacon, hot melted cheddar cheese, sauteed onions ,and our housemade jalapeno bourbon pub sauce. All on a warm pretzel bun.
