We are often asked what type of food we cater, and to that, I say EVERYTHING! As long as we can produce it in our kitchen, we will do it for you. Today, we had the pleasure of cooking breakfast and lunch for 200 employees at WECU. We were up before the crack of dawn whipping up these packed breakfast burritos and a whole lot of other food!

We want to give a big thanks to for including us in their company wide function at today! We had an early start and busy weekend preparing baked goods and beverages for 450 WECU staff memebers at 8am! It was a fun challenge to turn our sandwich shop into a bakery for a few days. Now I know we can do that! 😅

While we are not able to close shop, my heart is with those fighting for justice against ICE today. Immigrants have been the beautiful fabric of this country. My own family, with their great stories of survival, came to this country to escape war and create a better life for our future. But I know if it weren't for the color of our skin, it would have been a greater challenge for us to find our footing here. This is where injustice in our country lies and where ICE and our administration have put fear in people, racism. We do not stand for the violence being seen in our country and believe in protecting immigration rights.

We are proud of the businesses in our community who are taking a stand against the horrors we are seeing today. Thank you to those who will be at protests today and to everyone donating to efforts of change. We will be donating our profits, plus I will be donating my wages today to protect immigration rights in America and legal defense for those facing deportation.

If you are out today and need a safe and welcoming place to fuel up or wind down, we are here for you.
