Lakesiders can view the show Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2-4 p.m. (except July 7), as well as 30 minutes before performances and worship services in Hoover Auditorium.

Urban Sketchers Cleveland: Let’s Sketch Public Square, Sunday, June 28, 2026, 1:30-4pm, 50 Public Square, Cleveland, OH 44113.

Always a good time. We’ll meet at the big white tent, where a ‘Sketch the Square’ event will be occurring from 3-5pm.

Initial meetup is a loose affair as people get there at different times. Look for people with sketching bags if you’re unsure and just say hi. If we have a distinct meetup place we’ll mention it in the post. At the end of event we meetup at 4pm for group photo and throw down of all the sketches and we get pics of the art for posting. It’s important we share what we do to encourage others! Everyone has a unique style and level of ability. It’s all about sharing, encouragement and acceptance.

If you’re going and on Facebook, we kindly ask that you mark that you’re going. It’ll REALLY help us when we post all of our art on social media. We print out a list that helps us organize who did what and then get your social media tags and can mark it down on our sheet. We want you to be recognized!

Urban Sketchers Manifesto: 1.) We draw on location, indoors or out, capturing what we see from direct observation. 2.) Our drawings tell the story of our surroundings, the places we live, and where we travel. 3.) Our drawings are a record of time and place. 4.) We are truthful to the scenes we witness. 5.) We use any kind of media and cherish our individual styles. 6.) We support each other and draw together. 7.) We share our drawings online. 8.) We show the world, one drawing at a time.

Urban Sketchers is an international non profit organization of which we are the local chapter. Once a year in summer the Ohio chapters get together for an Ohio Symposium. This year it’s in Cleveland August 8th. Fun!
