For our early summer lineup, we’re time traveling back to the era of drive-ins and sock hops — channeling our inner soda fountain, inspired by two new coffees on our menu: one called Pride (which comes to us from an LGBTQ co-op in Colombia), the other a Colombia Cherry Blossom co-ferment (both available on single origin espresso). New drinks available at the cafe now!

The running joke now: Bryan’s been buying himself flowers long before Miley told him it was cool ...

So, our returning seasonal latte — Buy Myself Flowers — is inspired by acts of self-care. Featuring a perfectly balanced, house-made simple syrup of elderflower, jasmine, lavender, fresh lemon, and orange blossom. It tastes like a spring thaw and candied flowers.

Our seasonal menu drops aren’t just inspired by the time of year or flavors we love — first and foremost, it’s about the coffee. Every new menu starts with the coffees we are most excited to serve right now. The ones we can’t wait to share. And from producers we can’t wait to tell you about.

This spring, we leaned into strawberry b/c the anaerobic natural Kenya we have on single origin espresso is ripe with notes of juicy strawberry and oolong tea. We added yuzu because we wanted brightness, but also floral undertones to fit the season.

We put Green Mist on cold brew b/c the first time we had it (with Ana at her farm in Colombia!), the coffee reminded us of misty spring mornings — when you can almost feel the warmer weather creeping in. And we thought steeping it would bring out the coffee’s minty and refreshing notes even more.

We love creating drinks. And playing with flavors. But it just feels so much better when we can start each menu with the stories of the coffees we’re serving and the producers who made them possible. Make coffee the true star!
