On Saturday, July 25th, I'll be behind the flat top at Cruisin' in Gilberts for a special fundraiser honoring our nation's Veterans and First Responders.
This event means a lot to me personally. As a Marine, it's an honor to be able to give back the best way I know how—by firing up the grill and serving great food to a great community.

Whether it's setting up, working the grill, prepping food, or simply believing in the dream when it was just an idea, none of this would be possible without him. I'm grateful to have him by my side for this journey.

“Started Friday night with a flat top and a game plan… ended Sunday afternoon just shy of 500 smash burgers served at Gilberts Community Days.
This weekend was BIG for us.

Nothing beats seeing lines form, hearing people come back for round two, and watching a small idea keep growing into something real.

18 hours low and slow… then the hardest part of BBQ:
letting it rest. 🔥
Anybody can cook a brisket hot and fast.
Patience is what builds bark like this, renders the fat right, and turns a tough cut into something unforgettable.
Smoked all night.
Rested like it deserved.
Sliced when it was ready — not when we were hungry.
That’s the difference.
