As requested by you, here is this weekend’s menu!

We will be opening up at Noon both Saturday and Sunday and will be serving until sell-out both days (which we will announce here as quickly as possible).

Stay tuned as we may have a few more services before we move the cart up North!

We have some exciting and bittersweet news to share!
Our little family is moving to a new town, and that means Braised is moving too.
In mid to late September, we will be relocating our little black cart to McMinnville, Oregon (to a soon-to-be announced location).
We are very excited about this new opportunity and Braised’s continued evolution, but we will also miss our Eugene friends & neighbors.
Over the last four years, your support and feedback have shaped and molded us, and we wouldn’t be who we are today without you.
Thank you for all that you have done for us, and we will miss being a part of this wonderful community.
We hope that you can come visit Braised at its new home soon!
