Hey friends, unfortunately despite our goal to be back in action this weekend, Braised Baby and Chef Alan both got hit by a nasty sinus bug while Mrs. Braised was out of town, so we are going to postpone re-opening a bit longer.

BUT Chef Alan is taking this downtime to start recipe testing some “sweet” new ideas!

We will let you know as soon as we’ve recovered!

Need a last minute plan for Mother’s Day?

We have you covered!

As some of you already know, we will be closed for the next couple of weeks due to traveling for a celebration of life and Mrs. Braised’s work.

We plan on re-opening on the 29th, but will keep you posted if that changes!

Due to the long shut-down, we may sell out of items sooner than later on Saturday, and will not be running our regular menu on Sunday, so we kindly ask for your patience this weekend!

UPDATE: Well the early birds came out and got their Corn Dogs! We are sold out of dogs for today, but still have some paneer!

Guess what’s back for this fine little Saturday!

Hand Dipped Corn Dogs & Paneer Dogs!

Made with Zenners Franks or Fresh Paneer (Cheese), and served with hand cut chips!

*just a heads up, as our main fryer will be busy with this special, we will be offering chicken bites (smaller pieces) instead of our usual chicken strips!

We had so much fun this weekend supporting our local community!

Not only did we get to drop off a $250 check to thanks to all your orders of our Apple Dumplings…

We also had the opportunity to donate 240 desserts supporting & !

Hey y’all, we will be closed this evening, Friday the 24th, to help prepare for a large event tomorrow, and to stock up on the cart so that we don’t run out of tasty food too quickly this weekend!

Last weekend, by ordering our Apple Dumpling Special, you helped raise $150 for Food For Lane County!

And Apple Dumplings will be available again this weekend, so let’s see how much higher we can get that number!

Then we’ll let y’all know when we’ve dropped off the check at FFLC!
