At DJ's, we hold a team meeting every month. It's a chance for us to connect, grow, and discuss topics that help us become better—not just at the restaurant, but in life as well.

This month, we talked about lessons we've learned and how those experiences can help us moving forward. Several team members chose to share their personal insights, and moments like these remind us how fortunate we are to have such an amazing team.

Yes, it is true that Mike tells new employees that the Chuck Wagon sandwich is made by frying a jellyfish-like creature. Although this story is completely made up, don’t worry — the Chuck Wagon is actually made with a burger that’s battered and fried in chicken batter. 🍔
