Tender, hand-rolled kofta of paneer and figs simmered in a rich, deeply spiced gravy built layer by layer in our kitchen. Whole spices imported from India are toasted and ground in-house, forming the base of a sauce that’s slow-cooked until the flavors come together with depth and warmth.

The kofta soak in the masala, absorbing every note of spice, creaminess, and subtle sweetness from the figs. Balanced, comforting, and full of character.

A classic concept found across countless Indian kitchens. We just want ours to be the one you remember.

What an evening. We had the honor of joining to celebrate Holi alongside chefs , , , and our very own .

Three courses and dessert, each one a true representation of Indian cuisine. The kind of dinner that reminds you why this food matters and how many ways there are to tell its story.

Every dish that leaves our kitchen carries hours of work you’ll never see.

Before service, whole spices imported directly from India are hand-pounded and ground fresh. Cumin cracked to order, coriander seeds crushed minutes before they hit the pan. There are no shortcuts here. Every blend is built by hand, every day.

Our chefs, trained across kitchens in India, move through service with the kind of precision that only comes from years of discipline. Three tandoors fire simultaneously — one burning coal to reach the searing heat that gives certain proteins their char and smoke, a quality no gas flame can replicate. Doughs are stretched, naans slapped against clay walls, proteins pulled at the exact second. It’s coordinated, relentless, and deliberate.

You may not see all of it when you sit down with us. But we hope you taste it. We hope you feel it. That’s the part that matters most to us.
