Today was such a beautiful day at the market, and my heart feels so full.

Thank you to every single customer that stopped by, supported us, shared kind words, and kept us busy all day.

This weekend is extra special for me because Mother’s Day always brings many emotions. I lost my mom, and for a long time these days felt heavy.

So being able to celebrate all the amazing moms that come to my barn means more than people realize.

This business was born from love, sacrifice, and the dream of building something for my kids.

Everything I do is for them. They are the reason I keep pushing, even on the hardest days. They have been part of this journey from the beginning — helping me, supporting me, waiting for me after long days, tasting recipes, dealing with my stress, and celebrating every little win with me.

Sometimes people only see empanadas, drinks, or food… but behind this business there is a single mom, a lot of sleepless nights, faith, tears, hard work, and so much love. There is culture, family, and my heart in every recipe I create.

One of my favorite things is when customers come back and tell me their favorites or bring someone new to try our food. Those moments remind me why I started this crazy adventure in the first place.

Thank you for supporting not just a small business, but a dream built for my children and a piece of my culture that I’m proud to share with all of you.

And to every mom out there doing their best every single day — Happy Mother’s Day. ❤️
