The Come Back In opened in the winter of 1990 in the historic First Settlement neighborhood of downtown Madison. Although the building has changed, some of its original architecture can be seen in the brick walls and pressed tin ceiling tiles that were iconic in the late 1800s/early 1900s. Now the Come Back In is best known as Madison's downtown neighborhood bar and is your spot for live music, wo
rthy bar bites, local beer, a hearty weekend breakfast and summer volleyball leagues. We currently carry 26 micro brews on tap, many from local breweries, such as Ale Asylum, Karben4, One Barrel Brewing, Next Door Brewing, 3rd Sign/Octopi, and Capital. Full bar service and a plethora of bottled beers are also available to enjoy. Take a seat at the bar, at your favorite table, on the patio (weather-permitting), or partake in some entertaining activities while you sip on your beverage of choice. Join us every Tuesday for trivia or sing a few of your favorite tunes at our Sunday night karaoke. Leave it to the professionals. Wheelhouse performs (almost) every Tuesday and various Wisconsin-based bands like Old Tin Can String Band, Lucas Cates, The Lower 5th, and Pine Travelers hit the stage every Saturday.
