Huge thanks to all who came out or donated online for Charlie and his family. For all the shares and attention to this drive, and all the community action and prize donations (a 60 minute spa treatment just added!). My heart is so full and happy to announce over the two last days we have raised over $4100 for Charlie. But don’t worry!! We’re not done! We are still sharing proceeds of our special drinks and collecting donations through the month so plenty of time if you couldn’t join us this weekend. Thank you to my amazing staff for all the hustle and happy service!

We had such a great day yesterday with our fundraiser for Charlie! We got a little backed up in the early morning as we had espresso machine issues so thanks for your patience and generosity!! Going strong today and we can’t wait to see you, remember FREE DRINK WITH DONATION (up to $6) and $20 puts your name in the jar for raffle. Our month for Charlie is going strong, but Friday and Saturday will be huge! while donations are being collected and proceeds of the special drinks are being tallied all until July, over the next two days, a generous donor has agreed to buy you a drink in return for your donation to Charlie’s and his family!! so call in or pop over to Gathering Grounds in Perham and order your medium drink (up to six dollars will be covered and online orders cannot be included) but remember we are looking for your donation of equal or greater to really make these two days a success and an impact. If you can’t get into the shop this weekend or this month, please visit our website at www.gatheringgroundsperham.com and click order online then find the extras tab and the Charlie donation button and enter the dollar amount you would like to give. Cards, cash, or check can be taken at the shop for donations as well all monthly. Here’s the deal…cancer sucks. It has darkened too many of our days, but our great community of Perham always rallies for our families in need. It’s time to do that again! For the rest of June we will be donating some proceeds of the sale of our monthly specials. So enjoy the “Char-Dog” (Charlie’s choice!), a lemonade with blueberry boba, or a “Cancer Sucks Cold Brew”, cold brew with a special shimmer and vanilla cold foam. Also through the month you can make a donation at GG and get your name in the drawing for one of several prizes and packages to be announced soon.
On June 12th and 13th a generous donor has offered to buy you a drink of your choice for your good will donation for Charlie and his family, a great way to participate!! (Call or Dine-in only, up to $6) Another amazing way to pitch in and help these neighbors who have already been through so much. PLEASE SHARE THIS POST AND SPREAD THE WORD so we can make June all about Charlie!!
