We’re thrilled to introduce a limited-release herbal infusion crafted in collaboration with acclaimed chef Gregory Gourdet, the three-time James Beard Award winner, author, and founder of Portland’s celebrated Kann restaurant.

Inspired by Gregory’s Haitian heritage and the bold, vibrant flavors that define his cooking, Rose Kayenn brings together tart hibiscus, creamy coconut, warming ginger and cassia, and bright lime. The result is a beautifully layered, caffeine-free infusion that celebrates culinary tradition, creativity, and craft. Equally delicious served hot or over ice.

Warming meets cooling.

Our barrel-aged program is an opportunity to explore distinctive flavors and find inspiration beyond the world of tea.

Our newest release, Cinnamon Smoked Peppermint, began as a study in contrast: the warming spice of cinnamon against the cool, refreshing lift of Pacific Northwest peppermint. Smoked over an open fire and rested in a charred oak barrel, the result is a layered blend with a gentle smokiness and an invigorating finish.

For our teamakers, it brings back memories of childhood camping trips on the Oregon coast.
