A crowd favorite—especially in its vegan form🍜 Locally sourced hazelnuts perfectly complement the flavor profile of tantanmen.

Tantanmen has a distinct creamy, nutty, and gently spicy flavor from a combination of miso, sesame paste, and chili paste. Paired with a housemade vegan broth, the result is a bowl of ramen with complex umami and a rich, creamy, nutty flavor.

The broth is paired with thick noodles, shiitake, bok choy, scallions, and pork crumbles or miso-cashews for a vegan bowl.
