A fresh batch of Again & Again, our Maine-grown farmhouse table b**r, is here!

A few weeks back, our brew team made the trip north to Buck Farms in Mapleton, Maine, home of Maine Malt House, to get a firsthand look at where some of our favorite brewing ingredients begin. Just one day before the wheat harvest, we had the opportunity to walk the fields, learn about the growing season and malting process, and see the incredible work the Buck family puts into producing some of the finest grains in the region.

Again & Again is brewed entirely with grains grown and processed right here in Maine, making it a particularly meaningful expression of our commitment to local agriculture and the people behind it.

The wheat harvested during our visit will find its way into future batches of Oxbow b**r, bringing the whole process full circle, from field to glass.

A huge thanks to the Bucks for their hospitality and for the care they put into their craft. We're proud to work with farmers who share our appreciation for quality, tradition, and a sense of place.

Fresh Again & Again is available now and will be sticking around through the holidays and right into Dry(ish) January. A refreshing, easy-drinking table b**r for the season ahead, and one worth coming back to again and again. 🌾🍻 **r **r

Some things are worth the wait.

TIME WAS 2 is a mixed-fermentation dark farmhouse ale aged in bourbon barrels with yarrow, marigold, and bitter orange, then finished with Lambrusco grape juice.

Three years in the making, this richly layered b**r brings together notes of dark fruit, oak, warming bourbon, and a delicate botanical bitterness. Complex, contemplative, and made for the darker days of autumn.

A little time makes all the difference. 🍻 **r

Somethings new on the horizon.

Introducing CASCO PALE, a brand new 5% American Pale Ale brewed with Maine-grown grains and classic American hops.

A departure from our familiar farmhouse ales and la**rs, Casco Pale is fermented with Chico Ale yeast, a clean, neutral strain that lets the malt and hops take center stage. Crisp, bright and refreshingly straightforward, it's our take on a timeless American style.

CASCO PALE is landing first in Maine, with 16oz cans and draft hitting our home market before making their way to other markets. Keep your eyes on the horizon and be among the first to get a taste. 🌅🍻

A few scenes from Goods From the Woods, our favorite day of the year!!! 🍂

Good b**r, good people, crisp fall air and a day spent wandering the woods together. Thanks to everyone who made the trip to Newcastle and helped make this year’s celebration such a special one.

And with that, we’re closing up our Newcastle location for the season. We’ll see you back in the woods next Spring.
Until next year... 🍻 **r
