Since most of the kitchen staff is out of town, we will be closed on Saturday and Sunday this weekend.

This should be our last closure for the immediate future. We apologize for the scheduling inconveniences lately. Between July 4th and my class reunion, this is the third screwed up Saturday in a row.

A little late to the party on this, but we're going to be closed to the public after 5PM tomorrow, Saturday July 11, for a private event.

The Timber is going to be closed July 4th only. We'll be open both Friday and Sunday.

Normally I'd close for the weekend but we're going to be closed the weekend of July 18 anyway because a bunch of the staff is headed out of town for various things.

Hey all, this weekend is college graduation (Clarkson and SUNY Canton) as well as Mother's Day. Some Clarkson grads rented the restaurant out this Saturday from 5 - 10PM, so we will not be taking any new tables past 4PM on Saturday and will be completely closed to the public starting at 5PM.

Reservations are always a good idea on weekends like this, especially if you're with a larger group. Our phone number is 315-261-4473, and I paid like $23 for a reservation book on Amazon for this year so it'd be nice to put it to use.

Quick reminder: We have a private event up here tomorrow night (Saturday, April 25) so we will not be taking any new food orders past 4PM tomorrow and will be closing to the public starting at 4:30.

The Timber will be closing early on Saturday, April 25 at 4:30 PM for a private event. Our hours the rest of the week are unchanged.

In case you don't feel like calling us when you want food (and who could blame you?!), we're going to have online ordering set up through Toast here pretty soon. I'll publish the link once it's ready to go. There are a few things to iron out first but I'm hoping it's good to go by the middle of April or so.
