Saturday night, our restaurant was the target of a scam that resulted in a financial loss for our business. We want to emphasize that no one was physically harmed or threatened, and all of our employees and customers are safe. Absolutely no customer personal information was compromised, only cash was taken from the tills.
We also want to sincerely apologize if any of our guests experienced service that wasn’t up to the standard you’ve come to expect from us. Our team was dealing with a stressful and unexpected situation while doing their best to remain calm, cool, and collected and focused on keeping everyone safe. We are incredibly proud of our employees for doing their best under difficult and unpredictable circumstances, and we appreciate your patience and understanding if things felt a little different than usual.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the Crook County Police Department for their quick response, prompt arrival, and for taking the time to speak with our employees and gather statements. We truly appreciate their professionalism and assistance during a stressful situation. Our team always appreciate them and all their hard work.
For security reasons, we won’t be sharing specific details about what occurred, but please know that we are taking this matter extremely serious and working to help prevent something similar from happening again.
