Thomas Spotteck of Lenz Winery is joining us for our next Winemaker’s Dinner, and Chef Matthew Varga is crafting a five-course tasting menu to pair with each of his w**es.

You’ll taste, you’ll ask questions, and you’ll hear the story behind every pour while the next course is on its way.

🌟 Team Appreciation 🌟 Cheryl!

Every detail matters in the Gracie’s experience, and every one of our team members makes that possible. Cheryl has been our dedicated ironer for over 3 years, making sure all the table linens are perfectly crisp every week. 👌 She’s also been a member of the ReFocus, Inc. community for 26 years. Refocus is an organization that is near and dear to our hearts, and one of the many that the Warm-A-Heart Gingerbread program supports in its yearly fundraising. ❤️

We caught up with Cheryl for a little Q&A:

Q: What’s your favorite part about coming into work at Gracie’s?
A: Seeing my coworkers

Q: What’s it like being part of the Refocus community?
A: Cheryl has been with refocus for 26 years. Although she likes being around people, she’s not a “people person” by nature, and Refocus “eases her in” to building community.

Q: It’s Warm-a-Heart Gingerbread season! What do you enjoy most about this volunteer program that takes place at Refocus?
A: It’s a wonderful thing that whoever does it, does it out of the kindness of their own time and heart. ❤️

Q: What’s your favorite food?
A: Chili’s bacon burger, crispy chicken sandwiches, and Gregg’s Death by Chocolate cake. 🍰

Q: What’s your favorite thing to do outside of work?
A: Cheryl likes to play golf, play pool, and train in archery (she’s very good at it!) 🏹
