Everyone meet Carmen! ❤️

Carmen joined the Canyon Grill family in 1997, and chances are if you’ve eaten here, you’ve crossed paths with her.

Her favorite menu item is the Slash N Burn Catfish, and when the weather turns cold, she can’t resist an Ice Cream Sundae with Bourbon Sauce. 🍨
