We are closed on Monday. World Cup is over. It’s hot out. The staff deserve a break. So we close, we find inner tubes, a body of water and we hope everyone returns on Tuesday.

A shout out to our staff. A lot of whom have worked here for years and care deeply for the space, the service and the community. We are so lucky to have this family. Come by this week and tell them the same thing.

Well the World Cup is wrapping up and it's been a whirlwind here in Seattle. There's two more games left and then it's done. Saturday is the consolation game with France vs England at 2 pm. Then Sunday at noon is the championship game with the 2 best teams coming into WC are playing, with Argentina and Spain. You'll want to think about where you were when you saw the soccer GOAT's final WC game. Join us at LOM.

World Cup is just about over. We are at the quarter finals. Tomorrow we have Norway vs England at 2 pm and then Argentina and possibly the last time we see Messi on the big stage vs Switzerland at 6 pm. Get your fix as there's only a few more games.

This World Cup has had all the excitement and drama you could hope for. We have all of the games showing including tomorrow on the 4th of July. If you're reading this and not sure where you're going to watch, then please come to Life On Mars. We're always closed on the 4th and tomorrow we'll be open until the end of the last game so let's reward the staff that were down to postpone their own festivities as we head into year 250.

This is going to be a hell of a weekend. We got soccer with the U.S. playing Turkiye tonight. Then starting tomorrow it's Pride weekend. It's one of the most fun weekends of the year here. When you're out and about at all the different events around Capitol Hill make sure to pop in, take a load off, and join the festivities.

Monday at noon is our first Seattle game with Belgium vs Egypt. All the folks that couldn't get tickets we got you. We have air conditioning and Mondays are all day happy hour so we'll save you a few bucks as well. Then we got games at 3 and 6 so come through.

We got nothing but soccer for you this weekend. Brazil with Brazilian cheese bread with guava dipping sauce and Caipirinhas. Germany with Field Roast Sausage sandwich, grilled peppers, onions, mustard, sauerkraut, and Jager Sours. Scotland which we'll have 25% of Scotch all day. This is just the tip of it.
