Curry Eggrolls:
3 crispy eggrolls stuffed with marinated chicken, sautéed onions, shredded carrots, yellow curry sauce, and rice. Served with sweet chili sauce
Honey Walnut Shrimp Bowl:
Beer-battered shrimp, deep-fried and tossed in a honey walnut sauce with carrots and snap peas on a bed of white rice. Topped with lemon zest and candied walnuts
Caprese Burger:
Seared 6 oz. short rib patty, mozzarella cheese, tomato, basil, pickled red onion, arugula, and balsamic aioli on a brioche bun
Churro Cheesecake:
Deep-fried cheesecake tossed in cinnamon sugar and topped with whipped cream and dulce de leche
Irish Nail:
A combination of Jameson Triple Triple and Drambuie for an Irish twist on a classic cocktail
Sparkling Green Chile Yuzu:
St. George Green Chile Vodka, simple syrup, and limes. Topped with Fever-Tree Lime & Yuzu sparkling soda
Italian Lemon Drop:
Limoncello, Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka, muddled basil, and fresh citrus juice. Served up with a sugared rim
