We're looking for people who WANT to work!

At Major Perk Coffee, we're more than just a coffee shop. We're a team that works hard, supports one another, takes pride in what we do, and serves our community with a smile.

We're looking for reliable, hardworking, motivated individuals who understand the importance of showing up, being on time, and doing their part.

What we're looking for:
✅ Dependable people who show up ready to work
✅ A strong work ethic and positive attitude
✅ Team players who help each other succeed
✅ People who take initiative without always being asked
✅ Individuals who are willing to learn and grow
✅ Friendly personalities who genuinely enjoy serving others

Let's be clear: Working in a coffee shop isn't just about making coffee. It's about responsibility, teamwork, customer service, and being someone your coworkers can count on.

We work hard, we have fun, and we take care of each other. But we also believe that being part of a great team means everyone pulls their weight.

If you're looking for a place where your hard work is appreciated, your reliability matters, and you can be part of something bigger than yourself, we'd love to hear from you!
