Six Courses | Thursday, August 6th at 6pm | 295 per person

Join us for a one-night-only dinner celebrating Australian winter black truffles, currently at their peak during the Southern Hemisphere’s cooler season. Chef Partner Robert Sisca has crafted a six-course menu paired with wines curated by Beverage Director Ben Chesna, who has personally visited each featured vineyard and will share stories from his travels. Bold flavors and exciting pours await, mate.
