Bad day to be a corn dog. 🤤

The Aviary’s Corn Dog elevates the nostalgic comfort food with savory breakfast sausage in a golden, crisp shell, finished with crystallized maple and a bright maple mustard for a balance of sweet, salt, and crunch.

Motownphilly 🤝 tea service.

“Rooibos 2 Men” blends smooth sake with rich rooibos tea, fragrant osmanthus, and bright cantaloupe.

Complex, floral, and mesmerizing from the first pour.

Textural, bright, and unmistakably Aviary.

Our Chip n' Dip pairs a crisp, oversized puffed paprika crisp with a vibrant, garden-fresh dip of curried spinach and citrusy yuzu, topped with delicate edible blossoms.

Interactive, precise, and quintessential Aviary theatre.

In The Rocks is a Manhattan-style classic locked within a hollow sphere of pure ice. Broken open at your table with a slingshot, the ice gives way to release rye wh***ey, dry vermouth, rich maple, walnut, and a lift of aperitivo.

Engaging all senses.

The Cereal Killer is crafted to engage every sense from the moment it arrives. Sealed in a pillow of air and cut open at the table, the cocktail releases a wave of aroma, setting the stage before the first sip.

A rich blend of wh***ey, genever, sweet vermouth, and aromatic spices.

Experience the theatre of taste and scent at The Aviary.
