Our smoked mushroom veggie burger 💁🏻‍♀️
A recipe I developed around 15 years ago at Party Cart. The process is inspired by classic falafel preparation (had an aha moment!) and old school veggie burgers that never were trying to be meat- just trying to be delicious. They’re a labor of love 💝

Served on Mark’s focaccia with cashew white barbecue sauce, bread and butter pickled onions, & lettuce (I added tomato to mine!). & it’s vegan!

Maybe you already noticed 💁🏻‍♀️ we recently reorganized our menu. We’ve incorporated all would be seasonal specials onto the full menu- they are now underlined items in the appropriate category 🤓. This feels more appropriate for us since we’re always changing with the whims of the weather!

Sadie made a tom yum paste from a bunch of tasty things like lime leaf, lemongrass, galangal, chilis, etc then turned that into an aioli- the burg is also topped with cilantro, thai basil, scallion, fried shallot, a squeeze of lime, & lettuce!
It’s got us saying F*CK that’s delicious!
