Unlike the washed coffees typically associated with Kenya, Karagatha is honey processed, a method where some mucilage is left on the beans during drying. This results in a cup that balances lively acidity with a rounded sweetness and syrupy mouthfeel.

➡️ 30 days anaerobic in sealed tanks
➡️ Dried to 35% moisture
➡️ Sealed again for a 20-day secondary fermentation
➡️ Final dried to 10–12% moisture

The result? Deep complexity and vibrant intensity.
