A meeting of the minds, so to speak๐. A prep list, a knife roll and Larousse Gastronomique. These three bedfellows have played a part in my daily life, and the daily life of so many cooks and chefs around the world for so many years. The Gastronomique is often referred to as The Food Encyclopedia, and for good reason. It was the first and still the most comprehensive guide to classic French cuisine. Pretty sweet.
